Terms & Conditions

The terms below apply to quotations and services supplied by National Leaflet Printing & Distribution unless we agree different terms in writing.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Quotations

Quotations are normally valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are based on the quantity, area, specification and schedule shown in the quotation. Any change to those details may change the price or delivery date. A minimum invoice value of £895 plus VAT may apply unless your quotation says otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we have accepted the order and received any required pro-forma payment.

2. Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due on a pro-forma basis before distribution begins. Where post-job credit has been agreed, payment is due by the last working day of the month in which the work is completed. Overdue balances may accrue interest and recovery costs as allowed by law. Future work may be placed on pro-forma terms where an earlier balance remains unpaid.

3. Moving or cancelling a booking

Charges are based on the notice received before the scheduled start of distribution: more than 7 days — no charge; 5 days — 10% of the distribution cost; 3 days — 25%; within 24 hours — 50%; cancellation on the scheduled day — 100%. Moving a booking within 24 hours of its scheduled start attracts a 50% charge. These charges reflect print, staffing, scheduling and other costs already committed to the job. We will confirm any applicable charge when a booking is moved or cancelled.

4. Artwork and printing

The customer is responsible for supplying final artwork and checking that all content, spelling, images, permissions and legal notices are correct. Artwork must be supplied by the agreed deadline and meet the specification confirmed in the quotation. Changes after approval may affect print costs and timing. Printing is shown without VAT where applicable; distribution and other services are quoted plus VAT where applicable.

5. Distribution area and access

Distribution is carried out within the boundary or streets agreed in writing. Areas outside that boundary are excluded unless added to the booking. The customer should provide a clear, usable map or street list and identify any exclusions. Our teams may be unable to enter locked or restricted premises, areas presenting a safety concern, or properties where access is otherwise unavailable. Staff do not force entry or leave material where it is unsafe or prohibited.

6. GPS tracking and reports

Where included in the quotation, GPS route records and campaign reports describe the delivery activity recorded by our teams. Photographs and undeliverable notes are supplied where available and agreed for the campaign. GPS reporting is evidence of recorded route activity; it is not a guarantee that a named resident personally received or read an item.

7. Revisit requests

A revisit requested at least 7 days after completion may be subject to a minimum charge of £500 where it falls outside the original area or is required because of access restrictions. We will confirm the scope, availability and price before arranging a revisit.

8. Customer responsibilities

The customer must ensure that campaign materials and instructions are lawful, accurate and suitable for the intended recipients. The customer must have the rights and permissions needed to distribute the material and use any supplied data or artwork. We may decline or pause work where material, instructions or site conditions create a legal, safety or access concern.

9. Complaints and liability

Please tell us promptly if you have a concern about a campaign so we can review the agreed area, schedule and available delivery records. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any other liability is subject to applicable law and the agreed quotation.

10. Privacy

We use enquiry and campaign information to prepare quotations, deliver the services requested, communicate with customers and maintain business records. Map and artwork uploads are used to assess or carry out the relevant campaign. Please do not upload personal information that is not needed for the quotation. Contact us if you need information about the personal data associated with an enquiry.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
